About the Company
Dunay Agrariy is a Ukrainian company specializing in organic agriculture, cultivation, and processing of agricultural crops, including cereals, legumes, and other agricultural products.
Challenges
During the war, the enterprise faced serious challenges such as market instability, logistics restrictions, and reduced purchasing power.
Request
In spring 2022, amid an atmosphere of uncertainty, the company approached us for assistance in obtaining a loan of 10 million UAH, while the bank was willing to provide only 2 million.

Business Plan Development
Assembled a team of consultants who pro bono developed the business plan.
Bank Negotiations
Additionally, we organized negotiations with state banks that were still providing business financing, which expanded funding opportunities.
Result
As a result of this work, we achieved the goal. The bank approved a loan of 10 million UAH at zero percent interest. This allowed Dunay Agrariy to preserve jobs and continue business development during the war.

MyBro is a startup specializing in the production of electric vehicles. The company’s product line includes a concept scooter for goods delivery as well as cross and sport motorcycles.

The team approached our incubator seeking assistance with product orders, attracting investments, and business development.

About the Company
Stella Maris is a charitable organization supporting seafarers and their families, providing spiritual, pastoral, material, and social assistance, including counseling and legal support, to improve living conditions.

The organization approached our business incubator seeking to expand its network across Ukraine, achieve strategic development, and strengthen project activities.

Through partnerships and incubator activities, the following outcomes were achieved:
Seafarers’ Project
A comprehensive financial literacy project for seafarers was developed and successfully presented to a UK donor, receiving a grant of GBP 50,000 for implementation.
Google Grant
Additionally, Stella Maris received a grant from Google of USD 120,000 for contextual advertising, significantly expanding the organization’s reach and impact through targeted campaigns.
Overall Impact
The total financial impact generated by the incubator’s activities for Stella Maris and its partners amounted to USD 200,000. This includes grants, contracts, and strategic partnerships that substantially strengthened the organization’s capacity to support the maritime community in Ukraine.
